The former Genk striker joined the premier League club for 18.5m, signing a three-and-a-half-year contract at St Mary’s.

Southampton have completed the signing of Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu on deadline day.
The 28-year-old – who is a Nigerian international is the top scorer in the Belgian league this season, netting 17 times in 22 games.
He has scored 85 goals in 134 games in total for Genk, having previously netted 71 times in 181 appearances for Danish side FC Midtjylland.
Saints boss Nathan Jone was also delighted with the addition of the night as he said: ‘Paul is a significant signing for us and completes what has been an extremely positive month in terms of recruitment.’
The Southampton boss then added: ‘He?s a handful to play against, has got a tremendous record throughout his career and he?s also someone who brings great experience with him, so he?ll be a really positive addition to the squad.’
In other news, Week five matches of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) will hold today across the federation, with Group A leaders, Bendel Insurance of Benin, travelling to El Kanemi hoping to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season.

Insurance have won all their four matches so far, home and away, and another win on the road will push them closer to qualification for the end-of-the-season Super Six play-off.

Enugu Rangers will host Uyo-based Dakkada Football Club, Lobi Stars are at home to Sunshine Stars, while Group B leaders, Rivers United are at home to Wikki Tourists at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt.
