The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has warned Nigerians not to take Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate for granted.
According to Ayodele, Tinubu’s famous word, “Emilokan” has a deep spiritual manifestation.
According to DailyPost, the clergyman made this known through his spokesman, Oluwatosin Osho.
He said: ‘’Don’t joke with the chances of the APC, Don’t take Tinubu for granted, he is not old politically and he wants this presidency.
“His pronouncements are more spiritual than physical. He speaks with so much authority, his pronouncements are more spiritual but Nigerians think he is playing.
‘’The word ‘Emilokan’ is very spiritual, don’t take Tinubu for a joke with this word. ‘Emilokan’ should wake up the PDP and Labour party from sleeping. The word is more spiritual than physical. If you don’t want Tinubu to win, attack ‘Emilokan.’’
‘’PDP and Labour party should seek for the spiritual meaning of Emilokan, it’s a mysterious statement that Nigerians are joking with, it is not a joke, it is not proverbial.
“Tinubu may even be playing with it, only those that have spiritual eyes can know the in-depth meaning of the word ‘Emilokan.”
In other news, Popular Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi has opened up on the strange circumstances that surrounded her birth 40 years ago.
The thespian, in a recent interview with This Day, recounted how her mother gave birth to her as a stillborn and disposed her remains in the hospital.
However, a clergyman from Ibadan, who came to visit her mother in the health facility, requested to see the baby (her) and “brought her back to life”.
The mother of one said she also didn’t cry until the day of her naming ceremony, and that she cried for the first time after she was christened ‘Oluwatoyin’.
Toyin, who would have died at birth save for the intervention of the clergyman, is now a renowned actress, film maker, and a force to be reckoned with in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Speaking in the interview, the 40-year-old movie star said,
“I’m extremely spiritual. One of the problems I had back then was that I didn’t listen to myself. I would hear the voice of the Lord, and I would see it in my dreams, but I would still want to follow my flesh.
But ever since I started following the lead of the Holy Spirit, things have drastically changed for me and I’m extremely happy about it. I’m actually dada – those people that naturally have dreadlocks from birth.
Since birth, I have been spiritual. My parents told me that I was stillborn so they had to throw me away. Then there was a clergyman from Ibadan who came to the hospital, asked about me and I was brought back to life. I was told that I never cried or did anything until the day of my naming ceremony.
It was the moment they named me Oluwatoyin that I started crying as a baby. Again, when they wanted to shave off my locks they had to tell me it was the Holy Spirit because I didn’t want them to do it.”
