A man thought to be a miscreant has been shocked in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
It was assembled that the suspect was shocked on Monday evening, August 15, while supposedly attempting to take cables from a transformer at Kolade Estate in Ogo Oluwa area of Osogbo.
