A man identified as Ikechukwu Onuma has been stabbed by his wife’s female lover in Onitsha. According to sources, the man came home to meet his wife and her female lover making out.
The departed recognized as Ikechukwu Onuma prevalently known as Ayaaya Onye-Obodo, was killed by one Ebele Onochie, who was caught by Onuma having intercourse to his wife when he got back home unannounced.
Details of the incident were still sketchy, although the Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr Ikenga Tochukwu, who confirmed the incident said the suspect is already in custody.
According to him, the state Commissioner of Police, Echeng Echeng has directed that the matter be transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department

“Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect stabbed the victim on the chest. He was rushed to the hospital before he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.
“What led to the suspect’s action has not been ascertained as investigation has just begun”, he said.
Meanwhile, the remains of Ikechukwu Onuma have been deposited in the mortuary.
