A yet to be identified young woman is currently in a disoriented state in Jesse, Ethiope West Government Local Government Area of Delta state.
According to a report posted one hour ago, she collapsed along Jesse Junction on Monday morning, December 6.
After she regained consciousness, all efforts made to get her to talk proved abortive as she could only mutter incomprehensible words.
